How to Blend

These herbs pair beautifully together. Here's a simple starting blend to try:

• 3 parts Chamomile
• 2 parts Peppermint
• 2 parts Lemon Balm
• 1 part Hibiscus
• ½ part Lavender

Mix well and store in an airtight jar away from direct light. Use within 12 months for best flavor and potency. Feel free to adjust ratios to suit your taste — more hibiscus for tartness, more chamomile for sweetness.

Preparation Directions

Hot Tea: Use 1–2 teaspoons of herb blend per 8 oz of freshly boiled water. Steep for 5–7 minutes, covered, to retain volatile oils. Strain and enjoy as-is or sweeten with honey.

Iced Tea: Brew a strong batch using 2 tablespoons per 8 oz of hot water. Steep 7–10 minutes, strain, and pour over ice. The hibiscus gives it a gorgeous deep red color.

Cold Infusion: Add 2–3 tablespoons of blend to 32 oz of cold water. Refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours) for a smooth, naturally sweet cold brew.
