What it is
Witch Hazel Bark is collected from the branches of the witch hazel shrub. The bark is denser and more concentrated than the leaves and is commonly used in decoctions.

How to Prepare & Use
Use approximately 1 teaspoon per 2–3 cups of water. Bring to a simmer in a covered saucepan and allow to cook for 10–15 minutes. Strain before use.
Often used in decoctions, combined into formulas, or prepared for external rinses and compresses.
