Ylang Ylang Extra Essential Oil

Ylang Ylang Extra (Cananga odorata var. genuina, also known as Unona odorantissimum, Family: Annonaceae) is steam-distilled from whole, undamaged flowers harvested in the Comoros Islands. The “Extra” grade—sometimes called Ultra—signifies the highest quality of Ylang Ylang oil, obtained from the very first distillation. Later distillations are sold as 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grades, which are more common, but the Extra grade captures the most delicate and complex floral notes.
